Use Case: It accurately notes our work in troubleshooting, and fixing
technical issues with Voice Assistants. (This remains a core area of our
support and expertise).
Where it needs a dose of reality: The summary claims our work includes
"modernizing the North Pole with Robotics." While we appreciate the vote of
confidence in our logistics capabilities this is a bit of a stretch! This
particular "detail" was pulled from a holiday-themed short video we posted
back in December. While the Tesla-style Robots in Santa hats looked
professional they were purely for seasonal fun. The AI took a creative video,
and summarized it as a literal business operation.
