Rex-1 from the 1987 TMNT series through a modern lens. While Rex-1 was a
fictional "Robot Enforcement Experiment" the transition from passive
surveillance to active interdiction is the next logical step in law enforcement,
and private security robotics. We currently see autonomous patrols, and
